We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. We only accept returns if the item is not broken or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it:
- in the original packaging.
REQUEST RETURN SHIPMENT
To request a return, please send an e-mail to: email@example.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong item or if the product is faulty or damaged. This will enable us to assess and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ARTICLES
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift vouchers.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, it is best to contact us to request a return. Once the return has been accepted, please re-enter our webshop and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If it is approved, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit your account.
